The Founder and General overseer of God’s Crown Chapel Prophet Reindolph Oduro popularly known as Eagle Prophet, has observed that witches and wizards are doing all within their powers to make Kintampo which has gained notoriety in deadly accidents their headquarters.
It would be recalled that an accident which involved a Kumasi bound Metro Mass Transit (MMT) bus that collided head on with a truck carrying tomatoes believed to be traveling from Navrongo claimed the lives of more than 60 persons three years ago.
This was followed by the infamous Kintampo waterfalls disaster which also claimed about 17 lives in March 2017 including students of the Wenchi Methodist Senior High School.
Just last week more than 60 persons were reported dead in yet another deadly accident at Amoma Nkwanta after a VVIP Kia bus with registration number GT 3915- 17 from Garu in the Upper East Region heading towards Kumasi collided with a Grandbird bus with registration number GT 5694-18 from Accra which was heading towards Bolgantaga also in the Upper East Region.
But the man of God who had earlier predicted the Kintampo waterfalls disaster, called for deliverance in reversing the plans of making the area a spiritual headquarters in order to avert more deaths through accidents.
According to him, he has visited the place and interacted with authorities unveiling modalities to be adopted in changing this misfortune of people dying in tens through road crashes.
“We can change these atrocities if we rise and pray, about two months ago, I personally sent my junior pastors to Kintampo, they had access to meet the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE), the Divisional Police Commander other leaders in the area but there were few others who did not support our course so we also left our mission adamant.
“But we are still praying that with this current tragedy befallen us, we will contact the MCE, Divisional Commander and if they are able to exercise some strong authority over there for us to intervene”, he observed in an interview monitored by MyNewsGh.com.
