Koku Anyidoho gets new job in NPP
The Deputy General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC). Koku Anyidoho has been offered a job in the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the run up to the 2016 General Elections.
The job which entails him carrying the flagbearer of the NPP was offered him by the acting General Secretary of the NPP when Koku inisted that the NPP flagbearer was unfit hence could not be on his feet for two hours to campaign.
Koku Anyidoho speaking on Asempa FM's Ekosii Sen Programme mocked Nana Akufo-Addo who according to him was unfit and had travelled to the United Kingdom for treatment.
But this comment, John Boadu reacting on the same show said was false hence offered to give Koku Anyidoho a new job in the NPP.
"Koku has been insisting Nana Addo is not in the country and has travelled to the UK for treatment but this is never true, it's a lie because Nana Addo is in the country and has been campaigning vigorously, if he still insists Nana Addo is not well and can't stand on his feet to deliver a speech for two hours, then we are offering him the opportunity to come and carry him...so he can talk for that number of hours...," he said.
John Boadu added he gets pissed off anytime he hears the NDC Deputy scribe attack noble persons in the country like Nana Addo and his running mate, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumiah.
“I get so pissed when I hear Koku insulting Dr Bawumia on radio. I always wonder if indeed he was trained. In fact, I think he was not trained at all. How do you keep describing Dr Bawumia as a liar? You are nowhere near Bawumia so please shut up,” he said.
Koku Anyidoho has said that he will torment NPP’s running mate, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia if he fails to produce his 90% of Togolese on Ghana’s voters register.
He expressed worry as to why Ghanaians are not demanding the evidence from the former deputy Governor of the Bank of Ghana.
“As for Bawumia he is so clueless, a fine gentleman schooled by the help of the NDC, you allow the NPP to come and mislead you and now you have become the master of lies, a pathological liar,” he said in the interview.
He alleged that the NPP is not ready for power and that they are only bent on throwing dust in the eyes of the public.
Koku opined that it is unfair for Dr. Bawumia to allege that the Volta region is populated by Togolese and not Ghanaians.
But Mr Boadu who is also the National Organizer of the party urged Mr Anyidoho who is trying very hard to please President Mahama should desist from describing Dr Bawumia as a liar.
