Lets change our mindset!!!!!!!

One challenge the youth face today is that they hardly know how to direct their energy towards areas that will help them build a prosperous life later. Often times than not, the youth are left in tears when they look back and realize how much time they have wasted over the years. Unfortunately, time is one important non-renewable resource. While you can lose out at Akosombo Dam and probably find alternative sources of energy somewhere, you will never ever find an alternative to time. So a few pieces of advice should be in order to my fellow youth. First, learn the hardest skills. In life, it's really tempting to take easier options. Instead,I would urge you to always go for the skills that most people find hard to learn. Such skills, especially if you are passionate about them, will serve you well the rest of your life as you become one of the few to offer it on the job or business market.

Relatedly, If you have discovered something you enjoy and you are actually good at, do it a lot. Almost always, there's a way to make money from a highly developed skill. It's especially nice if there's an obvious career path from it, but don't let that limit you. Even better, if you can find a way to turn that thing you do into a side business, you might be setting yourself up for a very successful and sustainable financial path.

Take a leadership position. Join an organization and make an effort to be involved with it. Eventually, take a leadership position in it. Why? Learning how to manage people and make choices that affect others is another skill that will serve you throughout your life – and if you learn how to do it well, it will make you a lot of money. Never allow foreigners who reside among you rise above you higher and higher, they will lend to you, but you will not lend to them. They will be the head, but you will be the tail, You will be cursed in the city and cursed in the country,You will be pledged to be married to a woman, but another will take her and if possible people will be making good use of her. You will build a house, but you will not live in it. You will live in constant suspense, filled with dread both night and day, never sure of your life. In the morning you will say, ''If only it were evening!'' and in the evening, ''If only it were morning!''—because of the terror that will fill your hearts and the sights that your eyes will see. All these curses will come on you. They will pursue you and overtake you until you are destroyed.

Ghanaians do not like anything they deem too serious. The only serious thing they get into and have total commitment to, is their Religion and classroom work (academics) We hate anything to do with community development, charity, talents and change of our mindset. Ever wonder why Roland Agambire of rlg,Kofi Amoako and the likes of Dr.Siaw Agyapong of zoomlion are the people who make a lot of headlines? Think about it.

I salute them!!.
