The opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) is planning to bring back Aisha Haung anytime they get the opportunity to serve in government because they want to aid her to go back into illegal mining according to the Ashanti Regional Director of the National Disaster Management Organization (NADMO), Mr. Kwabena Nsenkyire.

“The NDC wants her back in Ghana because they wanted to finished the Akyem forest reserve and others in the Ashanti Region”, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) executive revealed during panel discussion on Kumasi-based Nhyira FM MyNewsGh.com monitored.

The largest opposition NDC has served notice that it will initiate the extradition process of Chinese illegal mining queen Aisha Huang to Ghana to face prosecution if the party returns to power.

Speaking on NewsFile a week ago, the Ranking Member of the Parliamentary Committee on Foreign Affairs and NDC MP for North Tongu stated that the party will ensure Aisha Huang pays dearly for her crimes in Ghana including the killing of a Ghanaian citizen.

“I have the permission of my party leadership to announce today that a future NDC government will trigger extradition processes to have Aisha Huang to be brought back to be prosecuted in Ghana and I have the full backing of our Flagbearer to make this announcement.”

“… now we are hearing that apart from all her illegal mining offences, there’s also the case of murder or more. We do not want the impression to be created that Ghana is a banana republic such that you can come in and kill our people and leave.”
