Ghanaian Afro pop musician Nana Kyei Fosu known in the entertainment industry as Nukre, has attributed the success of his latest track to Bishop Daniel Obinim Founder and Leader of International God’s Way Church.
The young musician claimed his girlfriend who attends Obinim’s church gave him a toffee he got from the Bishop after one of his sermons.
After eating the toffee, Nukre said Obinim appeared in his dream and instructed him on what to do to make his song famous.
Speaking on Accra 100.5 FM’s Nekran Kwanso hosted by Docta Kay, Nukre recounted that: “I saw Obinim in my dreams asking me to bring GHS200 before my song with the title taxi driver ft Bisa Kdei can be a hit...I didn’t like Obinim and I never believed my shine could come from any spiritual man or a Pastor, I believe in hard work" so he paid no attention until 2019 when the dreams continued.
“Seeing him in my dreams motivated me to bring up another song with the title ‘Obinim’, which is making waves now,” Nukre noted adding “I now believe in Obinim and he is my spiritual father now".
