National Vice Chairperson of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC), Anita De Soso says the recent outburst of the NPP National Women’s Organizer, Otiko Djaba over the sex-for-job allegation is “hypocritical and cosmetic” because at any given time she can beat a retreat and use her links in the ruling NDC in getting financial support for herself.

According to her, Otiko’s strong ties with the NDC can easily fetch her money, while the rest of her followers [women’s wing] who hailed her for those comments while she addressed them recently on the EC chair saga, will wander about to get support in their life.

“Otiko, your brother is Mahama, and your kid sister is also with the ruling government. In case you are bankrupt you can go to them and ask for money. What about the other women you’re leading blindly, who doesn’t have anybody; where will they go for help?” De Soso questioned in an interview with sit-in-host Kweku Owusu Adjei on Anopa Kasapa on Kasapa 102.5 FM.

The National Women’s Organizer of the New Patriotic Party, Otiko Afisa Djaba is ratcheting up pressure for a probe into the allegation made against the Electoral Commission Boss, Charlotte Osei suggesting that she was offered her position after granting sexual favours.

According to her, Ken Agyapong who accused the EC boss couldn’t have made those ill-remarks without any shred of evidence being an honourable Member of Parliament, hence there is every need for the BNI to revisit the matter and probe it further.

Meanwhile Otiko Djaba’s call has been sharply criticized by section of the public as useless call that lacked any basis.
