; handed one-match ban
Portugal defender Pepe will be available to face Ghana in their final Group G match after he received a one-match suspension for the red card in the 4-0 defeat to Germany.
The 31-year-old was sent off for a confrontation with Thomas Muller that saw him head-butt the forward while he was on the ground.
As a result, the Real Madrid player will sit out Sunday’s Group G clash against United States — a game Portugal need to secure a result from.
As well as the ban, FIFA has also fined Pepe 9,860 pounds.
