A close ally of former Ghana Football Association President and editor of 442.com.gh, Sheikh Tophic Seinu, has revealed the purported Press Release from the camp of embattled Kwasi Nyantakyi is a leak and not genuine.
Speaking on the Ultimate sports show, former editor of Ghanasoccernet.com explained the former President of Ghana’s Football governing body will definitely release a statement in relation to the latest Anas Expose that led to his ban from FIFA and his subsequent resignation from office but the one making rounds is a fake.
“The said Press Release is a leak. Nyantakyi sent a statement to a senior colleague to read through and it’s been leaked. The former President has a statement lined up for the public but it is not the one out now”, Tophic said.
He further detailed that the former CAF first Vice President is contemplating meeting the press in person but will soon formally issue a signed statement and therefore urges all to disregard the current release making rounds.
