Phobia Babies Sporting Club has withdrawn its Ghana FA Players Status Committee case in respect of the player Kamal Sowah after successful discussions took place between Phobia Babies and Right to Dream.
The case dates back to May 2018, when the PSC clarified the dates for the training history of the player, but also made an order for FIFA Training Compensation to be divided. Right to Dream maintained that the PSC had made a miscalculation, but the dissolution of the GFA then led to complications in having the matter corrected. With the new GFA in place, and with good faith discussions between Joshua Tetteh of Phobia Babies, and Right to Dream, the miscalculation has been corrected, the PSC case withdrawn and Phobia Babies have received the correct amount of FIFA Training Compensation in respect of the player.
Right to Dream and Phobia Babies each praised the approach of the other in the discussions, as well as the support of the GFA.
