The Ministry of Roads and Highways has made plans to terminate contracts for the rehabilitation of six road networks abandoned mid-way by contractors across the country.According to the Deputy Minister, Anthony Karbo, the affected road networks includes, the Anthem area roads, CDH roads in Takoradi, the new Takoradi road, Tafo Pankrono - Ash FM - Kumasi road, the Western link at Dansoman and the Teshie Rasta area.
The road networks, according to the Deputy Minister are supposed to undergo various levels of rehabilitation but have been left unattended to by contractors, hence, the need to terminate those contracts.

He added that the six road networks have been billed for re-scoping and will be reawarded so as to realign the contracts to match available funds.
