Crystal Palace star Jeffrey Schlupp is confident about the side's progress revival after their famous win at Manchester City in the English top-flight over the weekend.
The Eagles recorded back-to-back wins for the first time this season after their 3-2 win over the Citizens at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday.
Ilkay Gündo?an opened the scoring for City before Schlupp pulled parity. However, it was Andros Townsend wonder goal that got many talking before Luka Milivojevic wrapped the win from the spot kick.
Palace have moved up to 14th on the table with 18 points from 18 games and the Ghana international remains confident about their survival chances this season.
“It means a lot confidence wise, we have not been playing that badly but have maybe not had the luck in previous games and it is always nice to get a few goals as well as we have not managed to score as many goals as we would have liked but when we have players going forward and playing with confidence you can see what we can do, we took positives from recent performances into this one and we are all delighted to get three points.” he said.
