You are a man of peace – NPP Nasara Coordinator pays tribute to Chief Imam

The National Nasara Coordinator of the New Patriotic Party, Abdul Aziz Haruna Futa has sent a warm message to the National Chief Imam, Sheikh Nuhu Sharubutu as he marks his 100th birthday.

Aziz in a statement eulogized the Chief Imam for his exemplary leadership and role in the peace and tranquility being enjoyed by Ghanaians.

He observed that the Chief Imam has become a source of inspiration to Muslims in the country as well as people living in Zongo communities.

He also urged Muslims and people from Zongos to emulate the Chief Imam’s ‘peaceful ways’ and embrace people with different religious backgrounds.

“Indeed, you persona provides us as Muslims and of course members of Zongo community in Ghana a sense of reflection as to our individual and collective roles of making impact in the lives of other people and by extension the nation at large.

“You continue to champion the course of humanitarian services while promoting inter-faith dialogue and peaceful coexistence of people of different faiths”.

Abdul Aziz Haruna Futa, the National Nasara Coordinator on the occasion of your centenary birthday celebration join the entire nation to wish you a happy birthday.

Indeed, you persona provides us as Muslims and of course members of Zongo community in Ghana a sense of reflection as to our individual and collective roles of making impact in the lives of other people and by extension the nation at large.

You continue to champion the course of humanitarian services while promoting inter-faith dialogue and peaceful coexistence of people of different faiths.

Your presence in mediating community violence across the country especially in Zongo Communities in the country continue to provide source convergence in the midst of our disagreements.

I am humbled to witness today and much more grateful to have benefited from your fountain of wisdom and guidance in pursuit of attaining this leadership of Nasara wing of our great NPP .

On behalf of the Nasara family and indeed the Zongo community of Ghana, I pray to Allah to continue to bless protect and sustain you for mother Ghana in particular and the world at large.
