look i work in a mines and every timw there will be a blast we have 1hrs cease work in the area, but the case of high dense populated, siren van can be used like 20m before the blast, loading power blast powder should be calculated to zon out area of coverage. and emoiugh warning to be issued out, signed off and if all cleared then blast can be occured, not sure how this is been done leading to death and this multiple serious injures. this is avoidable. no need for anyone to loose his or her life as far as am concerned, hold them responsible please, some must go to jail especially those who have gotten fat allowances on this project. alot of the leader who are directly involve on this raods have bought many houses already both ghana and out side ghana, arest them

The victims and their families should have recourse to sue and hold all liable parties responsible, including the government. That is the only way to prevent this tragic event from occurring again
