Maybe the EC deliberately gave the political parties different voters registers so they cannot give uniform statistics.

Recall that in the 2020 presidential election, the EC gave several different results for the same election. Some of the results had total that was more than 100% and others had total less than 100% of the total number of voters that voted. The EC is always inviting deep suspicion and mistrust unto themselves.

But it's unfortunate the intellectuals who are suppose to know better are sitting on the fences watching the NDC disrespect the highest court of land. There's no constitution without the Supreme Court. Disobeying the ruling of the Supreme Court is a constitutional crisis. And the desperation of John Dramani to become president shouldn't make him lose the sense of this. If the NDC wanted to respect the law, they would have gone to the high court to determine the case after the Supreme Court directive. There's no short cut to justice. Untill that is done, you can't prejudicially set aside the orders of the Supreme Court and declare yourself majority. It could be possible that the high court declare those seats vacant but you don't say because you believe you're right you take the law into your own hands and became a court of your own. Why are you so in hurry to be called majority when the legality of your actions is being challenged at the court? What benefit will your lawlessness offer the country? There has never been a case where a person who loses a case at the Supreme Court agrees with their ruling but it's always the case that the Supreme Court ruling is a law on itself and you must abide by the ruling unless steps are taken to reverse it.

Why did Supreme Court disrespect Article 99 of the Constitution and assumed jurisdiction over a case whose jurisdiction has been assigned to the High Court by the Constitution.
The Supreme Court issued order for a case over which it has no jurisdiction. The Supreme Court should respect the Constitution because the Constitution is bigger than the Supreme Court. In the State we only have Supremacy of Law and not Supremacy of a Supreme Court.

I can now understand why some judges were murdered during the revolution as such inconsistencies in judgements affects some human beings negatively for generations as others enjoy.

The verbal answer to the woman's written petition from the Chief Justice to the petitioner was that her Letter of Administration is not valid when the issue is with insurance companies, that she must abide by the rules of Insurance Companies, both state and private.

Lever Brothers Ghana Ltd.v Annan (1989-90) 2 GLR 385 is the authority for this proposition.
It goes further to state:"The law is that where an employee has, infact been guilty of misconduct so grave that it justifies instant dismissal, the employer can rely on the misconduct in defence of any action for wrongful dismissal, even if at the date of the dismissal the misconduct was not known to him. See Boston Deep Sea Fishing & Ice Company v Ansell (1888) 39ChD. 339 AT 363 CA. It will be noted from the above quotation that the trial judge all but found the misconduct or dishonesty of the plaintiffs proved. His reluctance in saying to seems to stem from his motion that they were not given the accusers. From the principle of law also aver which entities are employer to dismiss summarily an employee he considers guilty of serious misconduct, such sas dishonesty, it is evident that the employer is not obliged to set up an investigative process to give the employee a fair hearing, See Presbyterian Hospital, Agogo v Boateng (1984-86) What is required is hat when the employee's dismissal is brought to question in a court of law, the employer's action can be vindicated".

So, when the elections are over, all she'll be doing with her fellow wild jackals at the ELECTORAL "COMMOTION" & THE SUPREME COURT UNANIMOUS FC, would be to dispute whatever figures the elections will produce, as against what THEY (The EC) would present as their CORRECT & LEGAL FIGURES.

How can he condemn a whole Supreme Court like that without any true basis? If verdict favours him, the court is delivering justice but if it goes against him, he claims there is no justice.
