  ECOWAS would be better off meeting to think about how to create jobs for their peoples, instead of wasting time thinking about reparations. Nobody is going to pay for reparations, and if they do, our corrupt, selfish and incompetent leaders will either loot the money or mismanage it. Shame on the ECOWAS and the AU.

You’ve got a big fat chance of passing a camel through the eye of a needle than getting that amount of money from those people. Eschew corruption and Africa will grow beyond our wildest imagination.
