    Libor is an abbreviation for London Interbank Offered Rate. So if you say London Libor rate, like this writer does, there is a double tautology. Both "London" and "Rate" have been repeated in the writer's formulation.

    Teacherman Joko, Stop picking on irrelevant details on look at the substance of the article. The focus of the write-up is the attitude of the NPP laedership and not the "london inter-bank offered rate".
