1. Tsikata was the right hand man that gave Rawlings the courage to execute more than 200 Ghanaians and some 3000 missing Ghanaians.
2. Tsatsu was the guy that used GNPC money to steal somebody's wife.
3. Tsatsu was rightly convicted when he used more than $200,000 as a guarantee for his friends to borrow money for cocoa farming that could not even produce hundred bags of cocoa.

Any brave face foolhardy will say "on technical grounds" the law which criminalized his acts were not in force at the time of the crime, therefore he should have been allowed to go scot free. I bet the same person may argue that Wayome does not deserve any judgment payment hence a criminal; but in my mind there is no difference between Wayome and Tsikata. Both of these men wickedly took food away from the poor cocoa peasant and all the poor people of Ghana. I believe Tsatsu knew what he was doing before he went in to sign on behalf of somebody taken loan for a venture which never close to that of GNPC where he headed. Why did he do it? I bet because he knew that there was no law to charge him with. Tsatsu is a clever thief period. He is not a saint as some people want the world to believe. It is only in poor Africa where thieves are honored and glorified. Tsatsu himself knows in his conscience that he connived with another thief to dupe Ghana. We may not be able to fine out how much he gained from that very treacherous burglary but the same God he is trying to play games with knows and He will crack the whip at the right time except Tsatsu publicly repents. It saddens me that the Judiciary in Ghana is chasing 51 million Ghana Cedis which was paid as judgment debt to Mr. Alfred Agbesi Woyome. The same judiciary that celebrated the 31 years anniversary of the murder of 3 judges of the High Court and a retired Army Officer swear that they care about the life of their own, only if you are a judge or a lawyer.
In the same week of the celebration of what they call saints of the judiciary the judiciary has at the same time put Ewhes and Gas at the mercy of anyone who does not like them because their crime is that they are just Ewhes and Gas who can be clubbed, stabbed and whatever means a person who does not belong to 8 million Ewhes and Ghas tribe.
Chenua Achebe wrote that if elders are in a house a ram tied to a tree is not left to suffocate. By setting Mr. Kennedy Ohene Agyapong free the judiciary has put a tight robe on the neck of every Ghanaian, of which they themselves are not free from.
The judiciary is telling us that chasing and Ewhe for 51 million Cedis is wealth the life of 8 million Ghanaians. The judiciary has told Ewhes and Ghas to go to hell and to act if the had the courage.
We again appeal to the International Criminal Court to indict Mr. Kennedy Ohene Agyapong for inciting tribal killing. It is on record that somewhere in April, 2012 Mr. Kennedy Ohene Agyapong call on people to kill Ewhes and Ghas and further went on to describe the weapons to be used in the tribal cleansing, inciting the extermination of Ewhes and Ghas as a people and calling for the life of people to be taken unlawfully. He stated that Akans who come across Ewhes on the streets and their shops should us pestle, knives and clubs to kill them. The International Criminal Court must note that every Akan home has pestle which is used in pounding fufu, thus Mr. Kennedy Ohene Agyapong did not refer to a weapon that people are now going to acquire.
It is a fact that Mr. Tsatsu Tsikata established the Ghana National Patrolum Corporation (GNPC), which scientifically located the crude oil resources along the coast of Ghana. It is on record that the same research by GNPC was stolen by the EO Group which sold them to U.S. and British oil exploration companies.
Whiles EO Group took away 300 million dollars the man who set up GNPC was imprisoned by the same judiciary, which has proved by the ruling this week that they do not care a hoot about the life of Ewhes and Ghas.
Thus the tribal prosecution of Ewhes an Ghas that former president Kufuor and his New Patriotic Party started in 2001 has been continued unfortunately by the judiciary which continue to treat Ewhes and Ghas with such disdain as third rate citizens and the recent ruling by a Circuit Court in Accra is there for the whole world to see.
We call on Ewhes and Ghas to organize congregate and march in Accra the near future to show the lark of human dignity that the court and the Ghanaian judiciary and the New Patriotic Party (NPP) continue to exhibit towards us as a people with the right to life.

If a Judge pass a wrong Judgement nothing will ever change that fact in history. If people were killed, the fact will always be the same in history.
