Yet our coach fell for that foolishness. How could you leave the experience of KPB on the bench? Make Asamoah overwork by playing him in left back when Afful is a natural? He lost the game from his lineup. I believe with the right lineup we can beat the Germans. they will come at us hard to start so we need players who can hold the midfield like Asamoah and Badu or (Acquah) place KPB slightly ahead of them, since they know him well, they will be watchful how much they push forward. Play Gyan in attack, Ayew and Muntari at the wings. Should we be losing or at a tie, bring in Atsu and Waris after the break to get their defense overwhelmed. After going ahead and in the dying minutes you can bring in Essien to help shield the back four. Change the formation to 4 5 1. if still at a tie or losing you can add Jordan or Wakaso to the front for a midfielder or defender. We need a win to have a huge chance in the final game. Should we be winning, bring Atsu for Muntari, Change KPB for Essien and badu for Acquah and play a 4 5 1 formation. let Essien, acquah and asamoah shield the backline while atsu still causes problem for the German back four making it difficult to push numbers upfront. if they take the bait it creates opportunities for Atsu, Gyan and Ayew upfront. To win Germany, we need an early goal but should prioritize not conceding by halftime.

Remember in 2010, Spain lost their first game and the team was vilified back at home. Yet the Spanish players rose from the ashes of initial shock to conquer the world in WC2010.
The commander Silent Killer Appiah must list all the weaknesses of the Black Stars as seen in previous games and guard against being caught off-guard again. Early goals being scored against us is one of our weakness. Commander Appiah must not allow this to happen again. His aide-de-camp Konadu must remind Appiah about the battle plan every 5 minutes during the game since the commander may be overwhelmed by events.
Knowledge is like the girth of the baobab( Adansonia Digitata) tree; its impossible for the coach alone to know everything. So he must listen to the players, technical staff and Konadu from time to time.
By Divine Grace the Black Stars will beat Germany and Portugal and qualify out of the group G.
The Black Stars shall arise and conquer the world. This possible and we have the players with the Brains, Skills and Guts.

I don't know how, but Pierre needs to get into a highly rigourous and demanding league that would hone his striking skills and make him into the fearsome, goal hungry striker that he is. Pierre needs that for his own professional development. He has all it takes and no effort should be spared in making him the eventual Ballon d'Or recipient. I don't know which league but he needs to get into the zone after the world cup and start, working towards it. He has the potential to be far greater than Weah, who has won it before, and I have so much confidence in him and I can see it in him, and I say he should go for it. Pierre if you can read this, I want you to promise me a Ballon d'Or award. It takes hard work, confidence and focus. Believe in yourself and you can do it, for your country, for yourself and for your team. Good luck.

If you read my comments here everyday you will see how I warned Ghanaians that if Jordan was used and Prince Boateng, Essien were benched Ghana had no chance against USA. Ghana has talented players but we will fall a victim to our own coach inability to apply common sense. In 2010, we won against Serbia, Serbia won against Germany and we lost against Germany by only 1-0. Even though I knew this stupid coach would make us lose the game against USA, I couldn't believe how hesitant he was in his substitutions. Being said that, I don't think Germany has been fully tested even though they beat Portugal. We don't have to go into the game thinking that they're more superior than us. We can definitely have a chance against Germany if our defense is restructured and the coach starts with Michael Essien and P. Boateng. K. Asamoah should be moved to midfield and Atsu should be switching back and forth with is wing counterpart. A stronger midfield would help reduce the pressure on our defense. This world cup I think all the teams can be beaten but the team with strong mental preparedness and 90 minutes of focused strategy would carry the day.
