What has what you said got to do with constitution. The Chiefs are corrupt and so are the people. Changing the constitution will or can change the corrupted Chiefs? Please give me a break. Education is guaranteed. Change our behaviour and attitude , please . You were there dis nothing to make Ghana great. If people like you can stop to be corrupt, Ghana will be great again. Cheap talk.
