Is that how you can cook accusations for the people of Ghana to believe you? I have been against the coming of the SA3 to Ghana to train personal security of Akuffo Addo and Bawumia. I would have liked retired NPP military and police officers to do that job. However, if our laws are silent on such invitation of foreigners, then NPP is right. It is their money they shall use to pay such people so why should I be worried.
The detention of SA3 is very wrong because they had been granted bail by a competent court of jurisdiction. Granted that the Judge erred by granting that bail, BNI is not above the court and for that matter arrest them right at the court premises. That is a bad example. As a security organization, they could have monitored these SA3 for 24/7. They could have also appealed to a higher court for the bail to be suspended. As at now, their action is a clear contempt of a court order. If we have chosen democracy, we also have to accept how it is done. It is wrong and illegal for BNI to continue to hold those guys in custody.
