BNI risks contempt for detaining 3 SA nationals

Ghana's judiciary has been a low grade institution but under the Georgina Wood era (appointed by Kufour for the sole purpose of retribution against NDC) our judiciary is nothing more than a fitting tribute to the banana republic we’ve become.

Why has the NPP that has been espousing law and order, democratic values and free market economic practices forgotten that even they have to adhere to the letter of the laws of Ghana? Why did the SA “mercenaries” not state categorically on their visa application they were heading to Ghana to engage NPP foot soldiers in combat training? Why did the so-called retired officers of the Ghana armed forces who recruited them not state unequivocally their mission in Ghana?

To have these nickel and dime lawyers such as Atta Akyea and others, we have in Ghana practice their stinking craft before incompetent and unwise judges is the half of our problems in this country. Loyalty to Ghana has been replaced with tribal folly led by the UP/UGCC/dumbo crowd calling themselves NPP. If this is loyalty to Ghana then I wonder what Nana Akufo-Addo will do for an official first act; will he ask SA agents to take over security services for his administration to protect administration officials from disaffected former national security agents who may have felt slighted by the use of SA agents to train NPP dimwitts?
