Yes, every achievement is made by putting the necessary requirements in place and order and physically,make the necessary move. Need money? work for it.Need to save at the bank? You must have a bank card!.Well he may be showing the people that prayers or chanting alone can not let one achieve what(money. ..)he wants but rather has to work for it !
