Second of all, the whole nation should seriously consider renewable sources of energy, like solar, wind, geothermal & refuse-to-energy conversion systems. Each of these renewables could be idle for the 1 District 1Factory proposal.
Mr. Greenstreet did not seriously consider the nuclear wastes from nuclear energy, regarding our track record of lousy maintenance culture.

Thank God Nkrumah did not stay in power long enough to build a nuclear power plant in Ghana.
If commercial nuclear fission power plants - which do not produce the prodigious amounts of radioactive waste that nuclear fusion plants produce (which remain radioactive and therefore dangerous for thousands of years)- are only about a decade or so away from realisation, why lumber ourselves with nuclear power plants: in a corruption-riddled nation where people encroach on state lands at will; and in which high-level corruption is rife; and whose citizens are even unable to deal with the relatively simple task of safely disposing of household and industrial waste efficiently, and lack a maintenance culture on top of all those sins? Haaba.
