Is it NDC talking about 'THIEVERY'? When did this contaminated oil happen? Where was the amount paid for the sale lodged? NDC should tell us where former BOST MD lodged the amounts paid for the several million liters of contaminated fuel he sold from 2013 to 2016. What happened to the various sums that were transferred from BOST to the Office of the President (Chief of Staff), running into several millions of cedis? Was these monies used in Mahama's useless campaign in 2016?
