NCA Trial: High Court refers matter to Supreme Cou

Every evidence in a trial MUST be given to the defense lawyer/attorney. This is the NORM and is a matter of natural justice so they can either refute or admit the charges. ANY ATTEMPT at hidding the evidence/ allegations from the accused and their lawyers is itself a criminal offense and in most countries, it is sufficient to dismiss the case against the prosecution.

I suspect the Prosecutors know that the evidence they have is not strong enough and that if they give it to the accused lawyers, they will be able to refute it/them hence the "attempt to hide the evidence"

This is a form of vigilante justice! Justice by suspicion not facts
