The former President John Dramani Mahama has mourned dancehall artiste Ebony who passed on Thursday night at Nyamebekyere near Mankranso in the Brong Ahafo region.
Ebony and two others died when their Jeep collided with a VIP bus. The driver is said to be on admission at the hospital.
Mr Mahama said a talented life has been cut short.
In a tweet the former President said, ‘RIP #Ebony. A talented life cut short. My favourite track on domestic violence and relationships, “maame hwe”.
She is reported to have went to visit her mom who had returned from the United Kingdom.
Ebony was said be billed for a Europe tour for the first time in her career which was to take place on Saturday February, 10, 2018.
