Mercy Tagoe makes history as first Ghanaian femaleIt was a wise move for Ghana to employ female coach to handle the Black Queens. Please make Mercy Tagoe the substantial coach without hesitation. Female coaches understand the emotions and physical make-up of female players. Moreover, it should be an affirmative policy for Ghana to seek or encourage female coaches for the U-17 and U-20 female teams as well. There is a good crop of Ghanaian female coaches in USA and elsewhere who are interested in coaching the Ghana female national teams.
