Personally, I think the Energy Minister, has performed reasonably well. However, power outages are still occurring where live. Sometimes for up to 1-4 hours. Therefore, I think he should not be making this comment & instead focus more on ensuring dumsor is fully erased.

ReallyThe lights in Tarkwa has been going off for hours every evening in the town. Some happen for short periods during the afternoon. I am just wondering what that is called. Nanadum, Bawusor.
