There is lights out everyday in the following areas, Akrokerri,Kwapia,Dadwen,Kyekyewere all in the Adansi North District of Ashanti.So Mr Agyarko is not being real

ReallyThe lights in Tarkwa has been going off for hours every evening in the town. Some happen for short periods during the afternoon. I am just wondering what that is called. Nanadum, Bawusor.
