These people don't know their roles. The board doesn't employ anyone, it is an advisory body. They can't hire the CEO either. They can recommend to the appointing body, the President to remove the CEO. The president should dissolve the whole board and fire the CEO. They need fresh ppl there cos this mistrust will continue.
