Youth and Sports Ministry Public Relations Officer, Elvis Adjei-Baah, has intimated that the ministry is yet to receive a withdrawal letter from Kudjo Fianoo.
News have gone viral over the week that, the GHALCA boss has withdrawn from the five-member committee set up by government to see to the day to day running of football in the country after the dissolution of the FA following Anas’ video titled “Number 12”.
According to several reports, Fianoo was advised by the clubs to reject government’s appointment as they believed it will amount to betrayal.
“We are yet to receive a withdrawal letter from Kudjo Fianoo,”Adjei-Baah told Asempa FM.
“We are only hearing it on radio, but we have not been officially informed. Because of that we can’t take what is been said on radio as the official communique from Fianoo.”
