How can Kennedy Agyepong compare Cat Smart's 12 air conditioners to Kwame Owusu's 12. Capt Smart is a price individual and not a public official. I am surprised at Kennedy Agyepong for bringing this up. Its ungentlemanly to come public and disclose a private arrangement between you and somebody. He owes you, so what. Who cares?. This is cheap defence of a public figure who had done something worth looking. Ah! Adisco product braving like a JSS student
