This judge should have exercised leniency towards this disabled individual who wanted a better life for himself. There are several able-bodied guys loitering on the streets of Ghana doing nothing. He is disabled but tried to stow-way to reach UK, since that was the only means he could afford to reach there. He should have been charged the airfare to from Namibia to Accra, and no prison term.
