Asante Kotoko announce Ebusua Dwarfs friendly 'cancelled indefinitely'

Asante Kotoko have cancelled their friendly against Ebusua Dwarfs at the Accra Sports Stadium on Monday.

But the club did not give reasons why the exhibition match has been abandoned.

Asante Kotoko had planned to play the Cape Coast-based side and Inter Allies (on Wednesday at the Tema Sports Stadium) to prepare for their CAF Confederation Cup first round tie.

The Porcupine Warriors are waiting for the winner between Kariobangi Sharks FC from Kenya and Arta Solar 7 of Djibouti.

Kariobangi Sharks are the likeliest opponents to progress after recording a healthy 6-1 win in the first leg of the preliminary round.
