Black Maidens coach, Evans Adotey maintains that he is not amused by the output of skipper Mukarama Abdulai as he told her to get the job done.
The talented youngster banged in a hat-trick on Tuesday night as Ghana gave Uruguay a 5-0 mauling in the opening game of the 2018 FIFA Under 17 Women’s World Cup.
Adotey revealed that he was aware his striker was going to shine and he further urged her on.
“I knew already that Mukarama was going to be the best player: I was only telling her to make sure she banged in the goals. Lo and behold she was able to score three for Ghana.” Adotey stated after the game.
Mukarama who plays for Northern Ladies netted 12 goals in three games for the Maidens during the qualifiers.
