Gyan receives hero’s welcome in Hohoe

General Captain of the Black Stars, Asamoah Gyan received a rapturous welcome when he touched down in Hohoe on Wednesday for a three-day visit.

The Kayserispor forward shared a video of himself on his Twitter page being mobbed by thousands of admiring fans when he arrived at midnight.

Ghana’s all time-scorer is in the region to inspect an ultramodern Water System constructed for the St. Francis College of Education to mark the school’s 110 years anniversary.

The St. Francis College of Education, a school attended by Gyan’s later mother, was faced by water crisis , as a result, the Asamoah Gyan Foundation came in to support the College.
