English League One side Oxford United have completed the signing of Ghanaian youngster Dan Agyei in the ongoing transfer window.
Agyei, 22, penned a three-year deal with the Yellow and Black lads from Burnley for an undisclosed fee.
The club's official statement reads, "Oxford United are pleased to announce that Burnley striker Dan Agyei has agreed to join the U's."
The highly-rated striker hails from Kingston-on Thames and was with AFC Wimbledon as a youngster.
“I came down and took a look around and really liked the set up at the club. The training ground, the staff, the players: it is a very ambitious place and I really liked the way everything is done," Agyei told the club's official website.
"I’ll be there to watch the Peterborough game today and then the hard work starts on Monday to get match sharp and try and help the team as part of a successful season.”
Having scored 35 goals for them in one season, 2014/15, he was snapped up by Burnley where he has enjoyed loan spells at Coventry City, Walsall and Blackpool.
