Spezia FC forward Emmanuel Gyasi has been discharged from the hospital after recovering form a chest injury.
Gyasi sustained a chest injury during the side's 3-0 win over AS Livorno last week.
The 25-year-old as a result missed their 2-0 defeat against Pescara over the weekend.
But after undergoing a series of medical examinations, the former Torino striker has been cleared by doctors at the Sant' Andrea Hospital to start training.
Spezia took the opportunity to thank the hospital staff - first aid, radiology and in particular Dr. Prospero Magistrelli and the staff of thoracic surgery for the demonstrated professionalism and sensitivity.
Gyasi has netted 3 goals and provided 2 assists for the club in the ongoing Italian Serie B season.
