State of the Nation Address

Ghanaians on Thursday received the third state of the nation by President John Dramani Mahama in Parliament.

The address touched on all the various sectors of the country; Economy, Agriculture, Health, Education, sports, infrastructure for growth, roads, and among others.

Evidently showcasing the beautiful handmade smock and the Kente cloth, both Ghanaian products, the President and First lady Lordina Mahama with other Members of Parliament were beautifully clothed in Ghanaian wears promoting the usage of made in Ghana products.

Article 67 of the 1992 constitution mandates the President to deliver the address at the beginning of every year.
