Speaking to yours truly at the Ghana Football Association (GFA) headquarters in Accra, he described the league as very competitive and interesting because the season has produced some wonderful results and exciting moments.

He totally disagrees with those who claim the 2013/14 league has not been tough and adviced them to study the competition well and check the performances of all the clubs taking part.

Oduro Nyarko who has been many years a football administrator with Okwawu United before joining the Wa based club said the league has been great as far as he is concerned and most recollects the Wa All Stars back to back victory over Accra Hearts of Oak.

He said “When the occasion is big, trust Wa All Stars to come out as the best. We have won some great battles this year, and it would be fine to crown our efforts with a Top Four place” he said.

Kumasi Asante Kotoko lead the pack with 51 points, while Heart of Lions and Accra Hearts of Oak have 41 points.

Wa All Stars share the fourth position with Hasacass and other sides who have 36 points.

The battle for relegation is fierce with clubs like Aduana, Dwarfs, King Faisal, Liberty not safe with where they are lying.
