Executive Chairman of Dreams FC, Kurt Okraku has backed forward Eric Gawu to be a hit in next season’s Ghana Premier League campaign.
The experienced forward who has played in the premier league for Medeama and Hearts in the past has been in prolific form for the league’s newcomers finishing as the club’s top scorer for the past three seasons.
Kurt Okraku is confident the 35 year- old will continue hitting the back of the net when the season starts and already considers the player as a club legend.
“We get a lot from Eric Gawu as he is very humble and leads by example. He never complains and always delivers,” he said.
“Every team needs a personality like Gawu in their setup. We are very happy with him as he has been top scorer for us for the past three seasons.
We are looking forward to playing a testimonial in his honour because of what he has done for our brand, and I’m very confident he will continue to score in the Premier League because his quality is unquestionable.”
Dreams FC have been actively preparing for the new season and have already added four new faces to their squad for the season.
