Speaking to BBC Fame Under Fire podcast, di Macrons dia lawyer for di case, Tom Clare, tok say Mrs Macron find di claims "incredibly upsetting" and dem be "distraction" to di French president.

"I no wan tok say di mata don somehow throw am off im game. But just like anybody wey dey manage between im career plus family life, wen your family dey under attack, e go tell on you. And e no dey immune from dat bicos e be president of a kontri," e tok.

Ms Owens, one former commentator for conservative US outlet Daily Wire and wey get millions of followers on social media, don repeatedly promote her view say Brigitte Macron na man.
