The management of b/a united has expressed its profound appreciation to all those whose efforts ensured that the club enjoyed the first round of the 2002 premier soccer season.

A statement signed by mr. Ransford antwi, the p.r.o of the club, urged all those who have b/a united at heart to continue to offer management their unflinching support so that more laurels would be won for the club. According to the statement, the club has really enjoyed the first round of the season and with unity of purpose, b/a united can do better in the second round of the season.

On the question of sponsorship, the statement urged the fa and all stakeholders to ensure that a sponsorship package is secured before conmencement of the second round, as lack of sponsorship is having its toll on the ?smaller clubs? the statement hinted.
