Servaco PPS Limited (Servaco PPS) has held its first Knowledge Forum, offering its customers the opportunity to interact with officials in the company.
The forum, dubbed: ‘Customers Need,’ provided Servaco PPS the platform to respond to some pertinent issues, such as goods delivery, procurement and billing among other issues which were raised by the customers.
There was also a panel discussion with representatives from Accra Brewery Limited, Ghana Maritime Authority, GHACEM Limited, Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority (GPHA) and Nestle Ghana Limited, among other firms.
The Managing Director of Servaco PPS, Mr Rudolph Matey, said the purpose of the forum was to have a Business to Business (B2B) interaction with customers to find a solution to the numerous problems facing the industrial sector.
According to him, the industry was changing with each passing day and there was, therefore, the need to educate customers about companies’ services regularly to help them move with time.
He indicated that the rapid industrial growth across West Africa was one of the pivotal pillars that had the potential to transform most West African countries, especially Ghana, from a low income to middle-income economy.
“And so the government should invest in this sector in order to make profit which will cushion the economy,” he added.
