QNET, a global lifestyle and wellness company, has denied reports of it being a Ponzi scheme following the arrest of some 487 individuals in Kumasi.

In a statement issued on Thursday, September 5, 2025, the company indicated awareness of the development and affirmed its readiness to collaborate with the police to investigate the issue.

QNET, a global lifestyle and wellness company, acknowledges media reports regarding the arrest of 487 individuals in Kumasi. QNET is fully cooperating with the police investigation to unravel elements of misrepresentation.

However, we strongly emphasize that QNET is a legitimate direct selling business, not a Ponzi scheme, as falsely reported.

Unlike Ponzi schemes, QNET’s direct selling model allows individuals to become independent distributors of QNET products, earning commissions based on sales rather than recruitment.

QNET’s business model is built on product promotion and sales, not on recruiting individuals. The company has invested in educating key stakeholders, including security agencies and the public, about its business practices.

Additionally, QNET has recently launched “QNET Against Scams,” a comprehensive 360-degree brand awareness and anti-scam campaign to demonstrate its commitment to combating scams and addressing misrepresentation linked to the Ponzi scheme label.

Unlike Ponzi schemes that typically collapse within a few months or years, QNET is 26 years old, and our commitment to ethical standards remains unwavering, aligning with our mission to empower individuals through genuine opportunities and premium products.

QNET is also actively involved in empowering communities through initiatives such as FinGreen, our signature financial literacy program that has benefited over 2,700 individuals in Ghana, Nigeria, and Turkey.

QNET has set up a dedicated hotline on WhatsApp (+233256630005) and email network.integrity@qnet.net to receive reports of suspicious activities in its name for prompt action.
