Regional Managing Director for Internet Solutions Ghana, an Internet Service Provider, says the company’s approach to service sets it apart from all other ISPs in the country.
Mrs Yvette Adounvo Atekpe says the company values its clients and deliberates with them to know how much more value they can add to the clients’ businesses since they don’t regard them as just clients but partners.
“We have the Client zone which our clients are able to log on and have a full feel of what is happening on their network,” she said in an interview after the company had been adjudged the best Internet Service Provider in Ghana for 2017. “It’s not just about infrastructure. It’s about our people. It’s about the training we’ve given them and it’s about the way we approach our clients and deal with them.”
She says Internet Solutions has been following a unique client engagement model which has brought the company very far.
A subsidiary of Dimension Data and NTT Communications, Internet Solutions has been operating in Ghana since 2008, providing various access, Cloud, MPLS and VPN services to several leading organizations.
Internet Solutions was adjudged the best Internet Service provider at the 2017 Ghana Information Technology and Telecom Awards (GITTA).
