It is true Gabby is not a cabinet minister. Only that members of Akufo Addo's cabinet report to him and take orders from him. Also no one can see the president get appointed without going through him, you only have to pay something small. Lastly, NPP ministers and appointees are all suppose to pray to him and swear by him. I can also swear that Gabby has never, ever smoked wee before. That's all.
