We have never had a useless and incompetent Ministry of Finance in the history of Ghana.
There is nothing the World Bank, IMF or even the President of the United States can do by using this to put sanctions on Ghana.
The better Ghana stays away from dollars the less likely that slavery attitude sanctions can be imposed on Ghana.
