There's is no loan and no debt. Actually it has been paid. It doesn't exist because for the $2 billion dollars worth of value-added bauxite, we are getting it's worth in infrastructure projects.
Indeed, it is the fastest transaction in Ghana's modern history where, goods and services has been exchanged with little to no encumbrance to both party's.
