The much touted infrastructure the NDC were all from from foreign loans, some from the Briton wood institution's, China and AFDB. Now is the turn of NPP you are thinking other wise. One the biggest loans collected was Sawla to Fufulso in the Northern Region. What about that the e-schools. The NDC mps are just a bunch of hippocrates.
